Since the grid voltage is impossible to stabilize, and the power frequency transformer has no voltage stabilization effect, the peak and valley of the grid will affect the performance of the servo system. In some areas where the power grid is heavily loaded, the output power of the servo motor shaft will drop seriously during the peak period of power consumption. b: The internal resistance of the power frequency transformer itself causes the softening of the output current curve. This is caused by the magnetic leakage, iron core reluctance and line resistance of the power frequency transformer, which cannot be fundamentally eliminated. When the servo motor starts and overloads, it draws an overcurrent that is several times the rated current from the power supply. If the power supply cannot be supplied, it will cause start-up hysteresis, synchronization inaccuracy, and inaccurate positioning.
