The second is manufacturing informationization. The second focus is to promote the market along the “Belt and Roadâ€. In the next step, Zhuzhou is more about seeking breakthroughs in promoting the integration of manufacturing services. Empirical data shows that in the industrial chain of manufacturing services, manufacturing accounts for only 30% of the value of this industrial chain, while services including operations and maintenance account for 70%.
