Many LED street lights installed two years ago did not achieve the effect that people expected. The problems that have arisen have caused many companies to be caught off guard and headaches. Professionals in the same industry also lamented that road lighting still requires us to seriously study and explore. . However, Jiuzhou Optoelectronics installed 2,952 LED street lights on Liaoning Avenue in Beichuan, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province in 2009. Except for the two lights that were knocked down by traffic, all other LED street lights did not show any quality dead lights. Meanwhile, In the past two years (close to 10,000 hours of running time), the light decay was less than 5.5%. They used time to prove the ability of LED street lamps to save energy and replace traditional light sources.
I. Project Overview and Background
Liaoning Avenue in Mianyang City was built by Liaoning after the Wenchuan earthquake. It is 26.90464 kilometers from Demian Road in Mianyang Yongxing Development Zone to Anchang Second Bridge. It is an important passage between Mianyang and Anxian and Beichuan. It is Anxian and Beichuan. Traffic lifeline.
As we all know, Beichuan is the hardest hit by the Wenchuan earthquake and plays a vital role in post-disaster reconstruction. The urban road construction is even more important. Therefore, in order to better help the people in the disaster areas to regain their confidence, at the same time In response to the country's call for energy conservation and emission reduction, after research and discussion, the most advanced and energy-saving LED street lamps were used in the entire section of Liaoning Avenue to build a demonstration section of high-tech. The demonstration road section project is a reconstruction and expansion project. According to different geographical environments, the whole road section is divided into six implementation sections:
1) K0+000-K1+540 segment: total length 1.54 km, two-way six lanes, road width 46 meters.
2) K1+725-K19+636: The total length is 17.91 kilometers, six lanes in both directions, and the road width is 51 meters.
3) K19+716-K21+320 (loess) section: The total length is 1.6 kilometers, six lanes in both directions, and the road width is 51 meters.
4) K21+400-K25+800 segment: total length 4.4 kilometers, two-way six lanes, 38 meters wide.
5) K25+900-K26+550 segment: total length 0.65 km, two-way four lanes, road width 25 meters.
6) K26+630-K26+904.642 segment: total length 0.2 km, two-way single lane, road width 15 meters.
Second, the implementation and operation of the project
Taking the road lighting requirements to meet the high standards as the basic starting point, taking into account the factors of energy saving, environmental protection, post-maintenance, lamp fogging, etc., Liaoning Avenue lighting energy-saving projects are all replaced by Jiuzhou Optoelectronics high-power LED street lamps, and a total of 2952 street lamps are installed. Among them, Jiuzhou Optoelectronics 180W, 150W LED street light is used instead of 400W high pressure sodium lamp, and 75W LED street lamp is used instead of 250W high pressure sodium lamp. The specific implementation is as follows:
The above total 75W LED street light 1374ç›; 150W LED street light 366ç›; 180W LED street light 1180ç›, a total of 2920ç›. In addition, according to the latest requirements, the number of crossroads is increased by 32ç› (180W LED street light, 12m high pole, single-light pole, 1.8m long), two total 2952ç›.
