China's PC market will slow down

Foreign Power reported on September 23 that David Roman, chief marketing officer of Lenovo Group (00992.HK), said that although the growth of China's personal computer market is still strong, the growth rate has slowed down significantly.

In an exclusive interview with the media, Roman said that although the growth of the personal computer market in China has performed well in the past few quarters, the high base rate brought by high-speed growth will lead to a slowdown in growth. He did not give specific forecast data.

Foreign Power also reported that Roman revealed that the Lenovo IdeaPad U1 hybrid tablet has been delayed until early 2011 in China. The product was originally planned for launch in June this year.
