Elimination of incandescent lamp schedule introduced this year

This year China will introduce a timetable for the elimination of incandescent lamps, but the exact time has not yet been determined. This means that as the world's largest producer and exporter of incandescent lamps, China will bid farewell to the traditional electric lighting equipment of incandescent lamps.

Years ago, Chen Yansheng, president of China Lighting Association, told the Morning Post reporter that "the release of the incandescent lamp schedule will wait until next year, but before the two sessions in the country or after the two sessions, we must look at the specific progress. (Editor's Note: 2011 National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, The National People's Congress will be held on March 3 and 5 next year respectively. The current timetable is still in the stage of soliciting expert opinions."

China Lighting Association was established in 1989, and the superior department of the association is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. According to Chen Yansheng, the association participated in the consultation work on the elimination of the incandescent lamp policy.

Saving 48 billion kWh per year

“China produced a total of 3.65 billion baht of energy-saving lamps and 3.9 billion incandescent lamps in 2009. Incandescent lamps accounted for half of the country.” Chen Yansheng said.

According to Reuters, China's lighting power consumption accounts for 12% of the total electricity consumption in the whole society, exceeding 430 billion kWh. If all the incandescent lamps in use are replaced with energy-saving lamps, China can save 48 billion kWh per year.

Earlier, at the end of 2008, the National Development and Reform Commission of China launched the "China's phasing out of incandescent lamps and accelerated the promotion of energy-saving lamps." The National Development and Reform Commission said that the elimination of incandescent lamps is "an important way to achieve energy-saving emission reduction targets."

Reuters also reported yesterday that some sources said that China's strategic emerging industries ranked first in the energy-saving and environmental protection industry, the choice to eliminate incandescent lamps will be an important breakthrough. At the same time, tax instruments will be used to speed up the elimination of incandescent lamps through the collection of consumption tax. "The National People's Congress's law enforcement inspection energy-saving report has clearly recommended that the State Council issue a timetable for the elimination of incandescent lamps as soon as possible, and the relevant departments are actively cooperating. It should be said that the elimination efforts are no less than the previously announced heavy punches to eliminate backward high-energy-consuming industries."

A large number of markets will be returned to energy-saving lamps

He Zaihua, a senior researcher at China Investment Consulting, said: “Once the Chinese incandescent lamp exits, a large market share will be attributed to energy-saving lamps. It will be a great benefit to the existing energy-saving lamps manufacturers. It can be said that this is a dividend brought by the policy to energy-saving lamps companies. ."

He Zaihua believes that the two types of enterprises may gain more development opportunities, one is the traditional lighting enterprises that have been successfully transformed; the other is the energy-saving field, such as LED industry enterprises. Through the integration of industrial chain, it is involved in the field of lighting applications. “The capital relied on by such enterprises is the core technology of the LED industry, which makes it easier to achieve vertical integration of the industry chain, such as NVC Lighting, Jiuzhou Mingwei, Shifu, Op Lighting Shanxi Guangyu, etc."

“The current domestic sales company with the largest sales volume of energy-saving lamps is Zhejiang Sunshine (600261). The elimination of incandescent lamps is very good, and domestic high-efficiency lighting manufacturing companies are not only energy-saving lamps, but also LEDs, halogen lamps, etc. Big space." Chen Yansheng said.

Chen Yansheng added that the companies with large production scales of domestic incandescent lamps include Foshan Lighting (000541) and GE China. "However, the elimination of the general trend was basically fixed three years ago. In terms of the elimination method, it is also staged and sub-typed, so the relevant enterprises have sufficient time to prepare."

Chen Yansheng said, "My suggestion is that improving lighting efficiency is definitely a big trend in the future. Incandescent enterprises should prepare for thinking in time and transform in advance."

We offer various small type components for FTTH installation such as braching clip, bare fiber protection tubing, ftth drop cable protection tubes and boxes and so on. The branching clip is used to branch fiber cables. And we have many other fiber optic accessories such as thermo tube, fiber optic protective sleeve, fiber optic splice tray and holder for fiber protective sleeves. ftth drop cable protection tubes, also known as optical fiber protection tube, bare fiber protective tube made of low density polyethylene (LDPE) direct extrusion molding, mainly used for optical cable connector box, optical distribution frame, optical fiber segment and junction box bare fiber maintenance exposed peel. Can be used to maintain bare fiber without damage, not easy to damage. Branch off clip is casted by aluminum and coated by high temperature adhesive, molded by EVA and PA hot melt. This product is used for jointing with cables. This divided into two or three branches up to good breaking up.
