Jingke said that the company's main product range is for white LED lighting and commercial lighting blue LED chips, ranging from 0.5W, 1W to 3W. Jingke's high-power flip-chip LED chip technology, combined with integrated circuits, and with the system, can provide single-crystal 0.5W, 1w light source, but also provide polycrystalline modules and light sources. At the same time, it can be supplied to packaging and application manufacturers according to the integration function required by customers. The Jingke LED module can be directly supplied to downstream LED lighting factories.
Dr. Xiao pointed out that Jingke's flip-chip welding technology is benefited from the patented technology of the company's founding shareholder, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Customers use Jingke LED products. When packaging, the crystal wire can be directly on the silicon substrate (Si). Silicon has good thermal conductivity, making it easy to dissipate heat. At the same time, it uses a large pad of 250 μm X 250 μm to facilitate customer assembly. If customers need multi-chip modules, Jinke can directly provide a high-power module chip, the module chip costs 10% higher than the average chip, but customers can save the cost of solid crystal, wire, etc., in general, for customers Save about 10% of the cost.

Dr. Xiao believes that the promotion of flip-chip technology (Flip-Chip) requires the downstream packaging factory to solve the problems of heat dissipation and light distribution. However, because the medium and high-end packaging plants in mainland China are not in the majority, this has become a constraint. The division has a big problem in promoting high-power and high-brightness chips in the mainland. In order to solve this problem and expand the market, Jingke adopts a strategy of joint investment with international capital investment, focuses on promoting overseas markets, cooperates with high-end customers of scale, and establishes cooperative relations with terminal lighting enterprises to bring Jingke's high-power high-brightness chips. Jingke mainly relies on its own development and relies on the company's venture capital and strategic investors to develop. Jingke's current monthly total capacity is 10,000-1.5 million, mainly concentrated in high-power high-brightness chips, mainly for the mid-to-high-end market. As for the small chip, the products for the low-end market are basically not involved. In addition, the terminal applications of these LED chips are mainly in the street lamp, commercial lighting, and special lighting markets. The main customers are high-power LED packaging companies and important enterprises that apply in functional lighting.
Dr. Xiao estimates that among the companies that produce high-power, high-brightness chips in China, Jingke is the number one market share. If you add overseas companies such as Jingdian and Cree, Jingke can rank third or fourth. Jingke's brand targeting mid- to high-end has been established, and 90% of its products are mainly sold in mainland China.
