Recently, the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission initiated a project to develop a virtual reality public training technology research and development platform in the Weifang coastal area.
The platform is based on the public training base in Shandong (Weifang) and invested by Weifang Education Investment Group Co., Ltd. The project plans to invest 12 million yuan to build a virtual reality public training demonstration experience center, a virtual reality public training and research and development laboratory, a virtual reality public training training center, a virtual reality public training incubator, etc. The site is 2,500 square meters. In 2018, the public virtual training demonstration experience center and virtual reality public training training center will be put into use. After the platform is completed, it will become the nation’s first virtual reality public training technology research and development platform, and will train high-skill applications for the virtual reality industry.
