It is the first enterprise in China to engage in GaN-based LED epitaxial wafers, chip research and development and industrial production, and the national "863" program in the field of optoelectronics. It is reported that based on the revision of the discussion, the final draft of the three standards will be sent to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology before the end of this year.
