The terrain of the project: flat land, 0%; hills, 32.2%; mountainous area, 42.74%; high mountains, 25.07%. The average distance of transportation on the construction site: the average distance of automobile transportation, 60 kilometers; the average distance of human transportation, 0.90 kilometers. The relevant scope of the construction line is: 500kV Liguijia Line 127#-336#, length 101.5km, involving 213 base towers, including 152 bases of straight line towers, 61 bases of tension towers, 500kV Ligui B line 127#-334#, length 102km, involving 210 Base tower, including straight line tower 157 base, resistance tower 53 base; 500kV Guishan A line 019#-105+1#, length 36.5km, involving 94 base towers, including 61 linear tower bases, 33 base towers; 500 kV Guishan The B line 019#-099#, with a length of 36.6km, involves 91 base towers, of which the straight tower 59 bases and the tension tower 32 bases.

(2) Project construction content
1 Replacement of ground strain clamps: Cut off the ground wire and drain wire connected to the ground wire with the function of ground ice melting function, and replace the CH clamp with a new ground strain clamp (with drainage tube resistance). Clamps) Use the new ground wire strain relief clamps to crimp the drainage lines, replace the original CH clamps and connect the continuous drainage lines, and then re-compress the drainage jumpers. The construction content of this project is limited to the common ground wire and does not involve the OPGW cable.
2 Increase the strain resistance of the ground wire: Use the gold fitting to supplement the length of the cut off ground wire to ensure that the ground wire sag does not change; the total length of the cut off ground wire during the construction process should be equal to the length of the compensated metal fitting. The construction content of this project is limited to the common ground wire and does not involve the OPGW cable.
3 Single-variable double-voltage clamp replacement: The grounding wire of the grounding switch and the parallel connection of the grounding wire are replaced with crimping clamps (single change dual-type). CH clamps are also used on the parallel connection lines of the grounding blades and the overhead grounding wires. To prevent the drainage lines from being corroded, the parallel wires are connected by crimping clamps (single change dual type). Corresponding grounding blade installation and drainage lines, parallel overhead grounding lines, and grounding blade press terminal clamps need to be replaced. JLB23-120 aluminum-clad steel used in the original overhead ground wire ice-melting scheme is still used for the drainage lines and parallel overhead overhead grounding lines. Stranded, crimped clamps use the original model.
4 Earth line anti-vibration hammer adjustment: Re-adjust the installation distance of the affected earth line anti-vibration hammer, replace the anti-vibration hammer that needs to replace the position of the strain clamp, and replace it with the pre-twister wire type anti-vibration hammer. The straight line tower adopts the original anti-vibration hammer. . The interception distance of the anti-vibration hammer from the overhead earth line of the overhead earth line of the relevant overhead earth line changes, and the anti-vibration hammer installation position of the overhead earth line needs to be re-adjusted.
5 Fixed gap installation: Replace the existing adjustable ground discharge gap with a fixed gap. In order not to affect the realization of the ice-melting function of the overhead ground wire and ensure the lightning protection effect at the same time, the original discharge gap must be dismantled, and the optimized discharge electrode should be replaced to replace the original discharge electrode. When the optimized discharge electrode is installed in the same plane, The gap distance is fixed at 100mm.
6. Duration:
500kV Liguijia Line, 500kV Liguiyi Line, 500kV Guishan A Line, and 500kV Guishanyi Line 4 construction sections of one loop are single-circuit erection.
