Beijing Electric Power further promotes the status evaluation of power supply facilities

In order to fully expand the scope of the assessment of the status of power supply facilities, effectively improve the scientificness of the evaluation process and evaluation results, and further promote the close integration of the status evaluation with the integration of production operations, professional overhaul and regulation, the Beijing Electric Power Company held a special meeting on July 28. Liu Runsheng pointed out that the status evaluation work is another important safety task that relies on information systems and requires full participation since the company’s security risk management and control. It is the basis for the equipment life cycle management and status maintenance work. The company’s equipment management has taken another important step forward. He asked all units to establish confidence and unswervingly advance the status evaluation work, laying a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of Beijing power grid. First, all units should attach great importance to and actively participate in ensuring that the state evaluation work this year achieves the desired objectives. Second, all departments must conscientiously summarize the overall situation of the status assessment work in the first half of the year to identify problems and actively seek solutions. Third, all departments We must adhere to the guiding ideology of "data is the foundation, analysis is the core, and management is the key". We must do a good job in basic equipment data management and strengthen analysis to make the status assessment work really work. Fourth, relevant departments and units must strengthen the status. The evaluation of the evaluation work and on-the-spot guidance, strengthen the work training for front-line personnel to ensure that the work is implemented.

It is understood that the Beijing company has issued 4 regulations for the management of the status evaluation of power supply facilities and 52 status evaluation guides, including 21 items of power transmission and transformation equipment, 21 items of secondary equipment, and 10 items of auxiliary facilities. At the same time, it completed the development of a comprehensive evaluation system for power supply facilities and a functional module for the secondary equipment and auxiliary facility status evaluation of the substation. Since April 2011, the Beijing company has fully initiated the status assessment of 11 types of power transmission and transformation equipment in 3 professional companies and 16 power supply companies, and after nearly 3 months of daily evaluation and periodic evaluation, the current Work has entered the normal mode of work.

From August 1, the evaluation of the status of the power supply facilities of the Beijing company will formally enter the stage of comprehensive evaluation and in-depth application. The Beijing company will rely on the production management system (PMS), the substation intelligence operation platform and the comprehensive assessment system for power supply facilities to comprehensively carry out the evaluation of power supply facilities including power transmission and transformation equipment, secondary equipment and auxiliary facilities, as well as the evaluation results. On the basis of professional integration, a comprehensive evaluation of power supply facilities and evaluation of consultations are conducted at the company level to form a comprehensive, systematic, and scientific comprehensive evaluation report for power supply facilities.
