3. The tender documents must have the following information:
1. Bidding quotation form (requires signature (chapter) of legal representative and affixed with official seal);
2. Technical information or instructions on the goods;
3. After-sales service terms and commitments;
4. Name of the company, name of the business contact and contact number (office phone number, fax number, mobile number);
5. Information that the bidder considers necessary to provide;
6. A copy of the business license, tax registration certificate and enterprise code certificate (suppliers who have already participated in the bidding and filing in our center are not required to provide).
